Aibu. I can never just be ill on my own? Everything time I even mention that I feel poorly my DH decides he is too. Without fail!

I've said I've got mastitis now because I know if I tell the truth in an hour he'll be pulling the dying duck routine :(

Sending sympathy. I do remember yelling many years ago "If I had a hysterectomy you'd want one too" Grin

You have my sympathies. I'm having a lot of problems with this pregnancy including being out of breathe and headaches..... poor DH has been complaining of a headache for the past two days - was able to watch the football ok though!

Yep. Poor dear has been sneezing in work. I was hoping for a hand but it's just easier to man up Hmm and get on with it.

I know how you feel. When I was pregnant and suffering terrible morning noon and night sickness, DH “felt really sick” as well.

Confused

I once went for a biopsy on a breast lump (on my own) and that evening got a full 45 minutes on 'the time I thought I may have cancer' (you didn't and didn't even get as far as seeking advice from a doctor). I didn't either, thank god, but it was an extraordinary example of a hijack speech by my ex. He never did ask if I got the all clear.

I might tell him about the mild stress incontinence and see what happens!!

Just when I was about to give him the benefit of the doubt- I went I bed early- he promised to do dishes/tidy kitchen etc.

But he's woken up and said how rotten he feels 🙄
