Exh and I have been divorced for 13 years and have two kids he chooses not to see.
We have very little contact with him and he doesn't pay maintenance. We can not hear from him for months at a time and then he will suddenly pop up.
Recent issues have been asking me why I took money from his bank in 2003 when we were together with no proof it was even me, kicking off every time a bill comes which was in joint names of which I am paying my share and he isn't and they have chased him also and various other similar situations.
None to do with the kids.
Do I have to answer if it's not related to the kids 13 years after divorce?
