Put 21 pound on my electric this morning noticed it had gone out bank but not on meter phoned them this morning and was told they accidentally cancelled it at utilita end even tjough they had taken money they then said they would credit my meter got a message later on saying that as they had lent me the 21 pound credit they would be charging me an extra 40 per cent for the priveledge can't wait to leave this company such a load of crap
