To hate all the ill-wishing?

Not a new issue, here or elsewhere, but bothering me more lately. I am clearly deeply sensitive.

In recent weeks, I've seen people wish disability, nasty in-laws and bullying on others. I think I even saw one where someone said they'd kick someone who shouted at their dog.

I know it's said in the heat of discussion, but genuinely wouldn't solve anything or change attitudes.

Worse still, it's seemingly often done in a misguided attempt at virtue signalling. As in "I'm so tolerant that I wish ill on anyone less tolerant."

Yes, negative attracts negative, a vicious circle. I think all you can do is be the change you want to see.
