Was only served once a year. at christmas. My mother is a really bad cook. Until the age of 12 I thought paxo was a sauce, always runny and competing with sprout water on a plate with half an inch of water surrounding everything. But now I can't tolerate sage. And it sounds lovely, with pork, deep fried until crispy, I am missing out.
