To smile when i recognise older posters being compassionate?

BIt cringe, but loads of threads turn quite nasty quite quickly and it's really off putting. But since reading that post about the older (by whihc i mean early days of the site) posters i have noticed some of the name changes and i have seen them crop up now and then to say something sweet to someone struggling. Especially noticable when others are really snippy. Anyway just wanted to say thanks for being normal and sweet.
Just think we should have a bit more of this.

OK thanks for listening hahaha

We should make a point of doing the same. Remember when we used to have reply to unanswered threads threads? Spread the kindness.

Oh please so only good oldies back when it was so much better/funny/clever are nice to posters? Think you find most people are very kind and helpful to strangers when chips are down.

Any I didn't know that. Although i've been around a while (2011 - diff name). That's cute.
Love the smartness of this site, but the snark, when it's a new mum (worrying about the bottle she made up, for example) just no need. Be nice!
