Baby sleep advice

So my baby sleeps 11-9 waking up 1/2 times either cor just dummy or sometimes milk. She is 4 months/19 weeks. The past week she will be fussy from 8/9 until she finally sleeps. She will have 2 long naps in the day, do you think it could be that I need to make her bed time earlier? Or could it be teething as her nappies are crazy atm, please like she was never like this and idk what to do.

It's very common for a sleep regression at 4 months, baby is doing lots of growing and learning lots. I would personally just follow her lead when it comes to sleep or you may find yourself getting very stressed. Let her sleep when she wants and if she doesn't seem sleepy, just push her bedtime back until she does seem sleepy

I'm not saying this is the right way to do it, my method has always been to just follow baby's lead and had no routine until my daughter was ready.

Oh and my baby's bedtime was about the same at that age, and it just gradually kept getting earlier and earlier and by 9 months she naturally started going down at 19:30

That is really good sleep for a little one. I would not mess with it.

Sleeping 11-9 at 4 months old with max 2 wake ups I would thank my lucky stars.

I know I'm so happy. She started sleeping like that about 3 weeks ago before that it was every 3 hours so I'm so happy about the extra sleep, I just turned all the lights off and she has fallen asleep so I think she was over tired and maybe I wasn't noticing it before, I'll try n keep an eye out like if she yawns or rubs her eyes to let her sleep.

1 or 2 times? Sounds like a dream ... I generally put my 5 month old to sleep at 9pm. Wakes up on average 6 times Sad ... this was when she hit 4 months.. before that most nights I would get a 3 or 4 stretch of sleep. Sometimes she won't go back to sleep between about 2am and 5am.
