Aibu to ask they get it down?
It’s a very tall but narrow tower to a high roof, used to access a small job done in the summer then not removed.
Their house is further back from the road than mine and it’s at the side, so touches the fence from my garden. However well built im starting to get concerned the wind will eventually blow a plank down. It’s straight over the patio, and I worry about it being where the kids always play. Is that likely? Can I reasonably ask.
We don’t hugely get one and they’re not the best neighbours (haven’t seen one member since a dawn raid...)
