To send DD(5) to school yellow?

Yesterday she painted her face yellow to be the sun, and several attempts at cleaning have left her just a disturbing shade of pale yellow.
WIBU to just think fuck it and send her in to school like that without any further attempts to restore her to her usual pink and white skin tone?
If that WBU, please offer removal suggestions. I haven’t got any sandpaper.

Send her in, with a note.

DD went in (aged 5) with 4 sets of eyebrows and a moustache for 3 days when she went mad with a sharpie.

Red nose day 92' our teacher painted our whole faces, there was 200ish kids with blotchy red faces for about three days

I remember the time my children drew measles all over each other in sharpie - could not get that stuff off. Just send her :)
