Bring driven mad by alarm clock

Next door’s alarm clock has been going off for 12 minutes solidly now! AIBU to think that normal people do not sleep through 10 minutes of alarm? It’s a mum and teenage daughter so I assume it’s the daughter’s alarm. If I can hear it through the wall, surely her mum can hear it too?

Definitely unreasonable. Are they people you can talk to?

I have no problem sleeping through 30 mins of alarm

She might have forgotten to turn it off and jumped straight into the shower. My ds does that all the time drives me insane.

My almost teen son can sleep through his alarm, me stomping round his room, me coaxing him loudly, me removing bed covers and pillow, me tickling his feet. Some people are just very heavy sleepers. I don’t wake for many things and an alarm clock can be one of them too.

Hour and a half of 4 alarms going, from 5.30am, one sounds like an air raid siren. Thats my son. And I still have to yell for another hour sigh
