Extension finished 12 months ago. We've paid about 2/3rds but not had the final bill. I've chased several times & he keeps promising it but still no sign. I want to get it settled so we know how much we have spare. When does it get to the point where I can just spend it on a fabulous holiday instead 😀
We don't have any signed paperwork just an email with his original quote but we change a few bits as we went along & we have discussed outstanding items. I don't think he's up to anything dodgy I just think he's very busy but still. It's a bit weird to me.
