Is colleague taking the piss?

I’m off work due to an operation.

Colleague has contacted me twice since I’ve been off wanting to discuss an interview for my department.

She’s not once asked how my op went.

I do like this person but I feel if someone’s off work then you leave them alone regarding work unless it’s urgent?

I would ignore their calls tbh

Did they need to contact u or could it wait?

I’m not any part of the interview process. I just work in the department where the position is.

They should not be contacting you and hounding you.

Email them and tell them to please leave you alone, as you are convalescing.
