To be expect him to have respect for others?

I live in a shared accommodation and there is this one man that makes the most horrendous noises in the morning, coughing, blowing his nose, clearing his throat

I am not going to go into details, just to say that it puts me off eating breakfast in the mornings. I do not want to go into a situation of telling him what impact his noises are having on other people living in the house.

This is a grown-up man and would expect that he would have regards as well as respect for others. This morning was horrendous

If he's got a cold then there's probably not much he can do about it although I understand it must sound disgusting
