To be feeling hangrey

I ordered a new cooker from Currys yesterday. We paid for express delivery and given a timeslot of between 14:05 and 18:05 today. It has still not arrived and we have heard nothing. We disconnected old cooker at midday and have been unable to cook a meal Grrrr!!!!!

Horrible word hangry - but good excuse for a takeaway

Apologies for saying hangrey, it was ever that or a foul sweary rant.Would love a take away, but dare not leave house in case it turns up.

If you are going to use “hangry” at least don’t put an e in it; Neither hungry or angry have an e.

It was out anniversary yesterday. Had a Chinese,got taken out for an Indian by DSD on Friday, so would have prefered a proper meal with her,but needs must I guess.
