hairdresser problem - who should put right?

Simple problem.

Hair coloured. Fancy London salon.

Colourist did exactly what I asked her not to do ffs.

Seeing as I was unhappy, she agreed to correct it in the future, before I left the salon.

Actually, it will be hard to correct in realitly . It was better before Sad. I could have done a better job at home.

However, if I take her up on her offer - should I accept her as the person to "correct" it? Seeing as she was the person who got it completely wrong in the first place. I made things very clear at the time.

Don't know the protocol on this. Thanks.

I would have no confidence in her doing it
What has the owner said or are they the owner ?

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 23/02/2018 17:48

No way let her do it again. Speak to the manager about what went wrong and ask for a refund if they won't refund then ask for their best stylist. Hopefully it won't be her!

Mousewatch · 23/02/2018 17:48

Did you pay? Are they expecting you to pay for the correction?

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 23/02/2018 17:50

I would expect a refund, plus a corrective treatment done by a more senior stylist

DextroDependant · 23/02/2018 17:52

If you were clear about what you didn't want they should have corrected it before you left.

Just curious but what did you want and what has she done?

MrsElvis · 23/02/2018 17:52

Did you pay when you left? I'd want an alternative person at the salon to fix

DatingLife · 24/02/2018 15:08

Thanks all.

No, she was not the owner.

I think I will follow suggestions here and ask for manager or more senior stylist to correct it.

I hate confrontation.

She was a nice girl.

But what a waste of my time and money plus hair fiasco.
