After months and months of accusing my ex of being a lying, swindling parasite it has come to light that the CMS have been taking money from him via an attachment of earnings (that they told me was canceled) and have told him there's about £800 sat in a suspense account "somewhere" . Now I'm not that keen on the bloke and the reason I brought these idiots in was because he already owed me £2000 and they said they could get the money off him but the arrears are now £3000 and they've spent the past few months telling me they can't track him/don't know where he works/can't get hold of him. They've caused umpteen rows , dragged me through hell financially and emotionally and at a time when I need to be focusing on my son (he's been really ill) I'm fighting them for his money ! My ex has been on the phone to them as have I and they keep fobbing us off ! Can someone please help me?
