Porn videos leaked

This is more of a WWYD...saw on Facebook one of my cousins has posted about a couple locally to them who run a local business have been outed for posting porn on amateur sites. Basically half the town have now seen the videos, and are customers at the place this couple run. If that was me, I'd pack my bags and leave town on the first bus. No way could I walk around town knowing people had seen me "perform"...WWYD?

Id hold my head up high to be honest!! Not that ive posted any porn online or anything but I really dont see what it has to do with anyone else? I take it they filmed these with consent from one another and are both adults? I would still continue to use their company as whatever they get upto sexually with each other as long as its nothing illegal, is none of my business at all.

I get a bit pissed off about all the 'shame' attached to sex related stuff.... I mean I agree its a little silly to post things online but at the end of the day how does it actually undermine that individual as a person? Pretty much everyone has sex for gods sake, everyones naked underneath their clothes. You think people would be less aghast at this type of thing. Even if its not what they would do themselves it doesnt mean those people are any less worthy of respect as any one else.

I think if this couple has put the porn on to a porn site, they probably don’t care who sees them shagging tbh.

Sex is a perfectly natural act and if some people get their kicks by posting themselves online, Why should they have to be ashamed/embrassed or hide away? I’d hold my head high, like I’d give a fuck if someone saw

It's hardly 'leaked' if they choose to post their own homemade porn on amateur websites.
Also, if they are doing that, it's hardly going to shock them that people have viewed it.

Not really leaked if they posted them online themselves. They must have known that there was a possibility they’d get seen by someone they know but give zero fucks.

This is one of the many things I find weird about watching porn. Why is it okay to watch other people having sex as long as you don't know them or to have other people watch you having sex as long as you don't know them? Presumably, as others have said, this couple are just owning it.

I don’t care what they do, I don’t know them personally! I’m just saying I couldn’t deal with seeing people every day who had seen vids of me performing with sex toys. Each to their own I guess!

Op if you're the sort of person who'd pack up and leave town then you're quite clearly not the sort of person who'd be uploading your home videoed sexual acrobatics in the first place! Are we really waiting for a ginormous "it's a revenge porn upload by a disgruntled customer" drip-feed?

They most likely did it for the attention. You’ll probably find the people who have seen them will most likely be more embarrassed about it. I would never put myself in that position in the first place.

Years and years ago in the days of VHS, a prominent successful business couple in our town had a home-made porno stolen by their babysitter who's dad then attempted to blackmail the couple, threatening them with exposure.

Blackmailer was told to strongly fuck off. Even in deepest conservative catholic ireland in the late 80's when you couldn't even get condoms unless you were married, the whole town admired the couple for standing their ground.

You wouldn’t have uploaded them in the first place. If you do upload to sites you have to be prepared to be recognised.

Everyone has sex and more people make porn than they would ever admit.

My parents have been doing so for years and are reasonable names in the amateur industry, it really isn't as big a deal as anyone makes it out to be. Pretty much my entire town knows btw and it has never negatively affected my life.

But surely only the half of the town that watches amateur porn already?

I mean, it's not like this couple were having the video broadcast in the town square or anything. The only people who have seen it are the people who go to amateur porn sites, watch videos and then think "Oh. That's the couple who run the fish and chip shop" (or whatever).

So why should they be embarrassed? If anyone tries to make them feel awkward or embarrassed, they just need reminding that they were online searching for something to wank to.
