To put Canestan on my pits?

Armpit is itchy as buggery. Looks a little bit red. Other one is a tiny bit itchy but not red. No idea what it is - although the roll-on I’ve been using for the past few weeks has felt a bit odd, almost like it’s got too much alcohol in it. Thought Canestan would be a safe bet - what thinks you?

If it's not fungal I'm not sure canesten would do anything, have you got any sudocrem or savlon? They're more likely to help if it's irritation/reaction

Canestan won’t do any harm. Fungal is possible and Canestan improves things quite quickly so no,harm in using it.

Hoping it’s not fungal 🤮 but thought that might help with the itchyness. Might give sudocreme a go then...

Sudo Creme is a good shout. I’d also take a piriton - red and itchy says allergic to me!
If there was too much alcohol wouldn’t your pits be dry and cracking/flakey?

Still itchy this morning. You’re probably right re the alcohol. Tried a different deodorant and I can feel it’s irritating a little. It feels like I’ve shaved my underarms with a slightly blunt razor - that kind of feeling. But last time I shaved them was about 4 days ago.
