as DH wanted to go (at great expense) to watch them in the final?

I now feel guilty that I've been hoping for this result - but as we set a budget for a holiday which was less a family as a flight to Athens ....

Nope you are not

Thanks that's the answer I wanted (although I'll still try and be in bed and 'fast asleep' before he comes home from watching it tonight)

See your point. Bit off if you've set a budget and all that. I love football and if it was Arsenal in the final, I'd love to go and watch, but I know it just wouldn't cross my mind to dent the family pocket. Try not to look too happy about it in the morning though!

Hehe Just don't worry, it wasn't your fault they lost after all An evil part of me would want to wait up and ask him what the score was when he got it

JodieG1 · 02/05/2007 22:36

got in

He does have a season ticket, but I know this would have been something special. We are overdrawn though.

Oh well I guess it wasn't me that made them lose (although it feels like that!)

I like football too but support spurs and dh supports arsenal lol.
