I can't work out what it is. Is it her teeth or her lips or something else?
Her nose? It's really irritating me cos I can't pin point it and it makes me feel like I'm imagining it! Any thoughts or am I mad?

I did a double take when I saw her in the new L’Oréal advert, it took me a few seconds to recognise who it was as she looks so different, her features now look heavy, particularly the mouth area and the new teeth, I think there are a lot of fillers going on, but yes she is the spit of Meghan now.

I think it's something to do with her eyebrows/brow. Her eyebrows look a little less groomed and somehow lower than before (maybe due to Botox and not being able to move her forehead?).
Also her lips look a little duck pouty, like Katie Prices.

I can't see how she's put on weight though. Her face looks thinner to me (unless that's due to cosmetic surgery).

Meghan Markle is much prettier and has a genuine air of authenticity about her demeanour. She's had a good nose job but still looks like herself.
I always wonder what the kids of the pillow faced celebs will turn out like when they see their parents have altered themselves so much. What must it do for their self esteem to NOT look like their parents. Especially, Kylie Jenner- will she make her child have surgery, too, for the porn star look? V. Sad.
I love my kids just the way they are and I'm secure that I'm not a stunner on the outside - how you behave makes you beautiful.

Actually watching that video seeing her face move her nose looks the same from the side. It’s just the fillers in her top lip that make it stick out and look strange

Whatever she has had or hasn't had done she looks amazing.

She looks happy and healthy. She doesn't look odd.

I know personally THREE women who have had surgery/botox/fillers/collagen, and every one of the 3 look bloody awful to be honest. And I wonder if they seriously think they look great?

One woman is only 26 and recently married, and has a huge amount of collagen in her lips and she looks like a DUCK who has been punched in the face. And this look was on her wedding photos.

One woman is 52, (and has a 37 year old boyfriend,) and she has had a bizarre amount of collagen in her lips. And also a lot of fillers. She does NOT look younger, she just looks like a 52 year old woman who has been punched in the face several times by a professional boxer.

Yet she thinks she looks like Holly Willoughboy, and was utterly incensed the other week when someone thought she was her boyfriend's mother, because she thinks she looks 35.

Sad.

And Cheryl is going the same way. Give her 5 years. She will look like Courtney by then. Even now (at only 34,) she is looking bizarre and very fake. And most definitely not younger.

Yes, her nose does look the same from the side. I feel like I'm looking at different pictures or something, apart from a touch of botox and a bit of lip filler, she really doesn't look that different to how she has always looked?

And she looks way happier and healthier these days than when she broke up with Ashley and then married yer man, can't remember his name now!

Looking at Courtney Cox now makes me so sad, she was so beautiful before. Lisa Kudrow has aged a lot since Friends (obviously) and I saw her in a film recently and was shocked at how old she looked, but I think that's because you're just not that used to seeing women ageing naturally on the telly. Jennifer looks good as well and hasn't overdone it with stuff on her face either.

Fillers and Botox are dreadful, I also don’t know anyone who has it done that looks good. I also think it’s ageing, the opposite intention. Shame Cheryl even got her previously quirky teeth done, they added character. These women all morph into the same person.

I also think with the Friends cast that I watch the re-runs so much that they appear to be permanently kept at the age they were at the time.

So it is a shock when suddenly faced with them 20 years later!

Lip fillers, Botox, new veneers?? Her lips are huge. She looks like Meghan Markle! She looks pretty, and all, but not the same. At all.

I'm not that keen on the current look - she was beautiful before. She looks like a sister of the Gallagher's now.

If she carries on at this rate, she'll not be seen in public without a surgical mask and she'll be pushing a chimp in a bugaboo .

I think the op is right she has had her nose done. She had a slight hook to her nose previously that was more noticeable if pictured from the side and she was beautiful with it. That seems to have gone, very subtle I think.

Cheryl had Invisalign.

Celebs don't have braces, they buy a full set of new gnashers. The filler in the top lip is the thing that's making her look so different today.

She is making herself into a plastic Barbie. It's a shame because she was naturally gorgeous. It's called "guilding the lily"

She has that wide mouth thing from fillers. She also had her nose done at some point, thinned out and the tip refined, you can tell when she puts a pair of sunglasses on and everyone in the comments wonders why she looks like Michael Jackson.

I like Cheryl. Hope she stops now as she's kind of at tipping point. If she stops now she might just be ok. One or two more and she's going down the Courtney Cox route. Who, incidentally, regrets it.
