How the heck am I supposed to get 4 drops of the stuff mixed in expressed milk down a ebf baby that either chokes if fed from a spoon or spits it out when fed from a syringe
I'm at my wits end!

Have you got a bottle teat? You can put it on the end of the syringe

I syringed into the back of the cheek, harder to spit out. Worth persevering with as I think it did help.

Little syringe to the back of the throat

If you use a dummy just pull it to one side and squirt it into the cheek - blow on babies face and they automatically swallow!
