Irritating Eating Habits

Of your DP/ex?
Mine often eats dinner at my house when visiting DC, which is fine. What's annoying me more than it used to when we were together, is his inability to know how much he can eat. He will cook enough for two people (always junk), when I say 'woah, that's a bit much' he'll say that's less than he was planning on, he'll then cook it and leave half. We're veggie and he's not, so it's not like I can even stop it going to waste.
It's worse in restaurants when he'll spend a fortune and leave half the food. How can a person in their thirties not understand how much it will take to fill them up? Grrr

That is why I love Tapas/Mezze type meals. I know it is probably not practical in a home situation, but I love picking what I like in the quantities I like.

It is very convivial too and is the way it is done in Med countries a lot.

Someone else always cleans the platters anyway so it is all good!
