To love it when DH is on nights?

I love him...I do...but GOD it's nice to have the sitting room and all that to myself in the evenings!

He isn't bossy or anything but he WANDERS when he's at home. Always in and out of the garden and going into different rooms "doing jobs"

When he's on nights, once the DC are in bed I can watch any old shite on tv and he won't come in talking about some crap.

He does three per week and then is off. By the time he's off, I am glad to see him again!

My ex H did nights and I relished them. So naice.

My DH does seven nights in a row four times per year. I adore the very bones of him but I do look forward to those weeks of no bed sharing and no snoring. Next on is mid-March and I'm already looking forward to it!

Dh works away. I get torn between missing him and help with the kids versus bed sharing, tv sharing and his bloody fussy eating

I like it when he's on nights to. Full control over the remote, can sleep diagonally across the bed, and no snoring. Plus when he gets in in the mornings he runs me up the station. Happy days!
