... A MLM hun bot on my Facebook! She's an acquaintance from my high school days, we didn't get on that well in school, but I'm glad to see she's happy and wish her well in life, I always thought she was pretty content. We chat occasionally about life etc. But this week she seems to have joined one of these MLM things! And added me (along with everyone else) to her VIP sales group. So my AIBU is this, AIBU to ask you whether Darcey's Candles is a MLM scam like poonique, or is it more like being an Ann Summers rep was in the early 2000s? If it is a scam, what (if anything) should I say when she goes full on hun bot? Should I just leave the group and write her off now, or stay and hope for the best?
