AIBU To not go for a x-ray

Went arse over tit getting in the laundry and hurt my hand quite badly a little.

DH thinks I may have broken a bone so wants me to have an x-ray but there is no way I am going tonight. Apparently they don't plaster hands anymore so what would be the point in going to A&E tomorrow if it's irrelevant if it's broken or not. DH thinks I'm being stubborn.

So AIBU not to go?

They don’t plaster fingers but if you’ve broken anything else like your wrist then they will plaster it.

My wrist is fine. It's one of the metatarsel thingies.

Denoending on the fracture. Knuckles and down are xray’d if not in too much pain I wouldn’t be attending on a Saturday night, but some finger fracture do need immobilising if they are displaced

Call the non emergency number. Our local hospitals are currently on black alert so wouldn't welcome you tonight.

Minor injuries on Monday morning? They have xray facilities, but you might need to phone before you go to check on that.

Or A&E tomorrow if it's swelling/extremely painful.

I'd avoid it tonight.
