Surgery scar help

Had a laposcopy on Thursday was told I couldn’t have a Bath for ten days. Went into boots to get some more plasters and found they had waterproof ones for bathing especially for wounds and stitches. The pharmacy man also said I could bath after 7 days. I stuck 3 plasters on and ones leaked where it was stuck to my hair others are bone dry. The stitches now itch should I be worried or is it normal feeling stupid.

I'd phone 111 for advice op. Hopefully everything is ok.

Ok will phone them later I’ve dried the stitches and put clean dressing on will change it later and have a look

That's normal. Unless it becomes inflamed etc I wouldn't fuss x

Keep an eye on it, get proper advice if you're worried, but I seem to recall I was told I could bathe/shower shower three days after I had keyhole surgery as long as the incisions were dry - so no bleeding or anything.

If it goes red worry. If not just bathe with salt water and pat dry.
