Mine is Faithless ‘We come 1’ and Shy fx ‘don’t wanna know’ which is a slightly strange choice but reminds me of my teenage years and makes me run really fast.

Any good ones to add to my playlist?

I run listening to the Les Mis soundtrack - imagining I’m on the West End stage takes my mind off things! I also mouth the words if no-one’s coming towards me

I’m also partial to a bit of Meatloaf - particularly Bat out of Hell or Paradise by the Dashboard Lights

I can't listen to music while running because all earphones, even the bud shaped ones, fall out my ears if I move about much (I only really listen to them on long train or coach journeys). But I often have "Sex on Fire" by Kings of Leon playing inside my head when I'm running, because the beat of it seems to be exactly the right speed for my footsteps (I'm not a particularly fast runner as you can tell!)

User, get a hygge headband, it holds any earphones in nicely. Or some Aftershokz Trekz. I like to listen to music sometimes when I run.
