Was asked to look after a friend at works one year old on Wednesday. Offered to have her Tuesday to only needed me to feed her lunch. She thanked me so much Tuesday lunch has been and gone and not even a text. I didn’t have any plans today but that’s not the point I’ve waited in all day. I text to say she’s welcome over any time today as I was up just watching tv still not reply

No was asked to babysit Wednesday said I could do Tuesday too. She said thank you will drop her over for lunch. But she hasn’t messaged me back and I’ve been home all day I even baby proofed my living room

It's my pet hate when people do this. I don't mind people cancelling plans, I just mind when they don't tell me. As I often have to decline invites or other plans as I've already made plans with them. My sister is a PITA for this.
It's just courtesy in my opinion.

How hard is it to just send a quick text?
I don't think YABU.

She defiantly said Tuesday she drove me home yesterday as I live 2 mins drive away from work as she was leaving when I was about to walk home we defiantly discussed Tuesday as well
