Wwyd child not wearing seatbelt

This morning on the School run I saw a child from my sons class (reception) being driven to school without her seatbelt on, she was in the front passenger seat too. I could see clearly there was no seatbelt as I was at the traffic lights waiting to cross while they pulled out of the junction still a way from school, she wasn’t even sat back in the seat more like stood in the footwell . The road conditions here aren’t great either as it’s been and still is snowing. Wibu to talk to the class teacher? What would you do?

Yes you could talk to the teacher I guess.

I would flag this with the head teacher. They can do an all parent reminder / letter to flag this (I suspect they won't be the only parent doing this but perhaps the only one stupid enough to have the kid in the front seat so it's obvious). Or you could mention to your PCSO if you have one locally.
