To complain to sky?

I was told on 20th January I wouldn't have anything to pay to my bill until 17th March.

So far so good.

Checked my online bill today and there is 72 pound odd bill on it. Spoke to customer services through messenger and they said that is correct and I've been told wrong information.

I am planning to call tomorrow and see if they can listen to call where I was told that. But is it worth making a complaint about being told the wrong information?

Especially as this is the 3rd time I've had bother with my services and my bills.

Why would you not have to pay your sky bill for two months?

They added a credit to it because I'd had difficulty paying the full amount for the last couple of months.

The guy I spoke to on the phone said that because of the credit it'll cover Feb bill and my next one will be March.
