Okay obviously not an AIBU, and I'll be seeing my GP today, but talk me down as I'm a complete hypochondriac. I haven't slept for 3 nights now with the pain I've been in.
I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and I have a CONSTANT pain in my lower stomach and lower back, like a 'full' feeling. Pain is worse when I lie down but almost non existent when I stand up. I also have a lot of rectal pressure. No bleeding, no sharp cramps. Someone please come along and tell me I'm not having an ectopic pregnancy, that this is all normal and I'm being a wuss. Please, please pleeeease 😭

When I had similar symptoms at 6 weeks it turned out to be a UTI. Which surprised me as it didn’t burn to pee of anything! Good luck today Flowers

FuckMyUterus · 05/02/2018 07:27

Oh really? I never thought of a UTI, I don't have a fever or anything... Suppose the GP will test for that whilst I'm there.

No I didn’t either, I was really surprised it was a UTI. I imagine the first thing the dr will do is test your urine. Try not to worry. Let us know how it goes!

Abracadabraapileofbollocks · 05/02/2018 07:34

I'd suggest a UTI too. Good luck with the gp.

Haudyerwheesht · 05/02/2018 07:39

Yes I was thinking UTI too especially the full feeling. However you're doing the right thing seeing the GP

FuckMyUterus · 05/02/2018 07:40

You've both made me cry with relief. I blame the hormones! Thanks for the responses.

I've had an ectopic at 7 weeks and the pain was so severe I couldn't even sit down at all. I had to stand up or kneel on my knees. I also bled a lot. Sounds like a uti
Are you constipated?
Have you had too much bread?

FuckMyUterus · 05/02/2018 07:51

ohlala I'm sorry you went through that, the pain is obviously not that severe, and the only reason my mind keeps jumping to that is I had a few early losses last year and so I have severe health anxiety about this one, like 'why SHOULDN'T anything go wrong?'
I'm not constipated, I have really severe diarrhoea several times a day, and don't really eat a fat lot of bread either.

Aw just relax and try to think positive thoughts.
There is no reason why it shouldn't be ok either! Wishing you luck Thanks

FuckMyUterus · 05/02/2018 16:07

Update: I have a UTI that's backed up to my kidneys, and am on a weeks course of antibiotics! Thanks for talking me down earlier 😂

Hope you feel better soon Flowers

TruJay · 05/02/2018 16:15

Also it's completely normal to worry after losses, I didn't accept dd was actually coming along til almost 30 weeks gone, I was convinced I'd lose her too. One day I was just like shit, I'm pregnant and I've only 10 weeks left. I drove my best friend crazy as I just wouldn't prepare for baby's arrival Grin she turned up at 39 weeks with a ready packed maternity bag, I love her

FuckMyUterus · 05/02/2018 16:23

Thanks trujay I've been in so much pain for the last 3 days, and I've barely slept so I think my post this morning was a delirious overreaction
