To complain to hairdresser

Have been going for ten years. Normally they are great.

Today i was having highlights done. I was there for four hours and was sat for half an hour over a sink with wet hair.

Would it be unreasonable to complain

Of course not. I'm sure they'd rather you gave honest feedback and continued to be a customer than just never went back
