Cost of brakes

Just back from picking my car up from the garage, is £114 reasonable for replacing front brake pads, discs and the labour?? I thought it was but my friend looked a bit surprised. Now wondering if I’m being ripped off???

In December I had new front discs and brakes which cost £170 so I would say you got a good price.

Sounds ok to me. Mine was £180 last month for rear discs and pads. They'd had a bugger doing to as were so worn metal had started to fuse.....

Bloody bargain of you ask me.....don’t ask what I paid for mine (4x4)!

Difficult to say without knowing the exact car but I’d say that’s pretty damn cheap. Not many cars you’d get front discs, pads and labour for £114! One of my sets of front pads costs 3x that alone!
