in a panic over marriage notice

OH and i gave notice to marry and I am now in a panic as I lost the slip of paper the registrar gave me. Do i need this to book the wedding or at the ceremony?

I imagine you do need it. We had to show our priest. Registry office would be able to make a certified copy for a small fee so don’t panic!!

We didn't need it. They sent a copy electronically to the registry office.

I'd call them and see if they need it or not as everywhere varies x

I gave notice a couple of weeks ago, I wasn't given any print out or piece of paper. Wedding was already booked and registry office has confirmed they've received notice details.
Can you contact the registry office where you gave notice and ask if it'll be needed?
