DS is 13. For context, we both have The Winter Cold, But his voice is sounding very odd at the moment. Any way to know one way or the other?

At 13 it seems likely, cold or no cold.

Does he sound like someone is squeezing his windpipe every now and then and go all high pitched then back to normal, then deep again ad infinitum?
