And if so does he claim a reduction because of your your DC?

Are the DC his as well?

Does he genuinely make a contribution towards your DC?

My DH pays CM to his ex for their son. We have joint money so both contribute to everything (as in I help pay his CM and he helps with my 2 DC from a previous relationship). He pays over what the online calculator says he should be paying taking into consideration we have 2 children at home (will have 3 come May when our baby is born) so I wouldn't say he pays at a reduced rate.
