Help. I'm at my mums batch cooking for her and ive put cream in the chicken pie sauce. Can I freeze some of the pie for her or will she be ill?!

Cream freezes well, you can get frozen cream doughnuts.

May split on defrosting unless you have a cooked flour in the sauce too, or just a touch of cream for richness may be ok.

Yes there is flour too.
