To be losing my shit over glitter

Dd is 15 her friend is 16.
Said friend has taken to pouring glitter on people's heads so they 'look sparkly' or 'because it's funny' or their birthday.

My carpets, furniture, bedding, work clothes, washing, shower, the dog, the dogs eye (), dds uniform, her dry clean only blazer, her hair and anything that has been near dd and her clothes is constantly covered in the shit.

Dd has asked them to stop but they think it's funny. Aibu to deliver some kind of popping glitter cannon to the friends house if it doesn't bloody stop.

Is she aware of the potential threat to the environment from glitter, which is, in effect, tiny pieces of plastic. That approach might work.

Hate the stuff. Banned in my house. Bad for the environment.
