Ok so the weather is crap today and as we were out yesterday we are indoors today. Get up, sniff, sniff clears throat and repeats and repeats again and again. Because weather is awful the doom and gloom black cloud is hanging over him today moan and moan. Even him eating loudly chomping and slopping his food around his mouth is driving me nuts - it will be the belching and farting later that will really finish the day. Anyone else not feeling the love today ?

Oh dear. Grin It will pass. Presumably he has his good points?

I quite often have days when I dislike DH, but he has been really kind today, as I'm feeling a bit low. Making tea and providing hugs.

twinone · 21/01/2018 17:18

I'm with you.
Our dd(15) whacked me because I dared to pick up her dvd's.
He shouted at me for 'winding her up'.

I am seriously unimpressed and have taken myself off out of their way.

Donnerkebabbler · 21/01/2018 17:21

This is why I no longer have a husband. Just a lover Wink

WTAF. Your daughter hit you?

Oh went to a gig last night with friends, they were heading back to ours mid-afternoon today. Oh asked me to make sure it was tidy enough to invite them in for a drink. I tidied all day whilst trying to stop the dc's killing each other. He has just rocked up and they have gone straight back to theirs. I had about 4 hours sleep last night and really wanted to watch a film with the dc's but I thought it would be nice for oh to have friends around. Grrrr

sickofnickelodeon · 21/01/2018 17:27

I have lost my shit with the males in my house for 2 days running. They have shit blinkers on and therefore can't see any of the piles of crap they leave in their wake. I may be stressed tf about work and just want a helping hand

SauvignonBlanche · 21/01/2018 17:39

Mine has been ace today had to go into the office all day Grin

expatmigrant · 21/01/2018 17:48

I do. DH gone off too warmer climes for work whilst I am stuck with crap weather.

DollyDayScream · 21/01/2018 17:50

Not just today.

Bluelady · 21/01/2018 17:52

Hated mine last night. He's been better behaved today.

happinessischocolate · 21/01/2018 17:55

My DP woke me up at 4.30am with a cup of tea, I was seriously not impressed, and when he eventually came back to bed I warned him that if he went back to sleep before me I would actually kill him.

Found out a couple of hours ago I was snoring like a trooper and had kept him awake most the night 😂

LorelaiVictoriaGilmore · 21/01/2018 19:37

Me, me, me!

He's had a busy week at work - I get it!

But I am 35 weeks pregnant with total placenta previa, gestational diabetes, a history of premature birth and a 2 year old.

He's actually been very good and helpful all weekend but has gone about his tasks with a face like he is eating glass!

I'm sorry I need so much help right now BUT YOU GOT ME INTO THIS MESS!!!

insancerre · 21/01/2018 19:42

No, I quite like him today
He has made thrice cooked chips and Aberdeen Angus burgers with cheese and Iberian ham for tea
Yesterday he made chilli and even bought guacamole even though he won't eat it because it is green

MissMogwai · 21/01/2018 19:47

I'm in. He hasn't really done anything wrong to be honest (but that won't stop me), I'm just pre-menstrual and pissed off.

I'm a delight GrinAngryGrin

holeinmyheart · 21/01/2018 20:14

Doesn't everyone dislike their partners at some point?
It would surely be a absolute miracle if we loved them 24/7 with the same intensity as we did when we first met them. We would be exhausted.
I have lived with my OH for 44 years. Some days I seriously consider the ' pillow over the face option' and other times I feel so passionately in love that I tingle from top to toe.
Sometimes he seems so physically and mentally beautiful and other times he seems like a disgusting smelly male chimp.
The best times definitely are when we both feel the same about each other. Yea!

HomeFree55 · 21/01/2018 20:25

I'm also in.

He needs instruction to do any simple task at all, but moans I nag. Maybe if he was able to dress at least one of the DC without having to ask me where the nappies are, if I have bought their clothes down, do they need socks with their trousers, etc, he wouldn't feel like I'm telling him what to do all the time Hmm

One of those weekends where it would have been easier and more enjoyable to have done it alone!
