Her husband slept with a prostitute just over a year ago and was also caught texting a couple of different women.

On Christmas day he has to go to work at 3pm until late (despite not having a job that would require him to work on Christmas day) and this weekend he's working away. He works away all through the week too.

She doesn't seem bothered in the slightest but how can she not know?

She knows.

She's probably in denial. Just be there for her when the shit hits the fan. I hope she has had an STI test.

She knows. She's either a) turning a blind eye because the marriage works in other ways or b) biding her time, gathering evidence & putting money aside so she can be an ok position when she kicks him out/leaves.

She knows. She chooses to not publicly confront it. You have no idea what is discussed in private.

They may have an agreement. I know a couple who I think have a similar arrangement. He works away in London all week in high powered job. She is at home with dc in very nice house in the home counties. She has no need to work, expensive holidays, the Range Rover, designer clothes etc etc. I have it on good authority that he can do whatever he likes during the week as long as it stays in London. And he comes home on Friday and is the perfect husband. And keeps bringing in the top salary.

I bet there are countless couples up and down the country who have their own arrangements.
