Not really an AIBU, sorry, posting for traffic. I'm doing a full time masters degree, and the plan was for me not to work so I could concentrate on my studies, but we are now struggling for money. I want to get a part time job, but most places are only offering 20 hour contracts right now. I just don't know if I can manage it, to avoid a dripfeed, my DM has been very poorly, she appears to be on the mend now, but it has taken up a lot of my time, not that I begrudge it. Can I study full time and work 20 hours a week without my marks being negatively affected? If you have a degree/masters, did you work during it?
