To think that my iPhone thumb is wearing out?

My right thumb is increasingly numb. It's my scrolling and typing thumb. Is this a thing do we think?

Probably means you are getting RSI. Rest your hand for a couple of weeks. Use the other hand. Use your phone less. Over time it could develop into something serious.
