Pharmacy issue - AIBU

Back history first. I have had chronic pain for three years and been on Tramodol for a large part of that time. During this time I've always gone to the same pharmacy as it's next to the Doctors and convenient. After the issue with the drug smuggler in Egypt and after seeing comments on here. I realised that I had never been asked to sign the CD part of the script. After it was last picked up for me and my partner wasn't asked. I called the complaints line and made them aware of what I perceive to be a safety/legal issue. Today I received what I can only describe as the most aggressive call I've ever had ( and I've worked in call centres) the person told me that if only had Tramodol once in the past, that it's not mandatory to sign on the CD part and that it's something they always do anyway. She became increasingly aggressive so I asked if the matter could be passed to someone else as I felt uncomfortable with how she was dealing with it. She refused and then proceeded to read from a script that essentially contradicted everything I had said. I told her I was unhappy (she was shouting at this point) and I asked for her name which she then refused. I also asked her for her position within the pharmacy and she refused that as well. I initially only called the complaints line because of the issue with the script but have been made to feel really unreasonable. AIBU?

I have never had to sign for tramadol

Her behaviour was well out of line, but I can't help wondering if there is more to this?
