Period after abortion?

Just wondering for those who have had an abortion especially a surgical, when did your first cycle return afterward ie 5 weeks 8 weeks etc.

I had a surgical abortion at 6 weeks.

Got my first period 5 weeks after.

About the same for me.

I had a medical abortion at 7 weeks, first period about 6 weeks later I think

Thanks ladies. It's 5 weeks this weekend and I'm just terrified my period won't return. I seen on another post one woman never got a period cause of damage done during her procedure so mind is gone into overdrive

Been a few years but about 6 weeks later sounds about right
