Back on the horse in 2 weeks? (Light hearted)

This might be TMI but, after 18 months, I’ve finally had my episiotomy re-done. I won’t bore you with the road to this point but suffice to say it has been fucking long and pebble dashed with clinical incompetence.

The charmer of a (male) Reg who did the original one had to a) do it bloody quick because I was haemorrhaging faster than they could mop it up so went for a pulled tight zig zag afair and b) decided to give my husband the bonus prize of a tighter, smaller vagina. In practice I had a perinium so tight it hurt to sit down and a vagina that was partially sown shut making sex intensely painful and pretty tricky.

After no one looking at it for over a year the poor sod who had to try and fix it yesterday was literally gouging out lumps and had to send out for extra anaesthetic and swabs to mop up the mess. Blood everywhere. It’s as well I’m not that squeamish. Midway through the consultant asked me if I’d considered a c section for my next birth. I said if they didn’t offer me one I’d do it myself, although up to now it would have been an immaculate conception!

It’s pretty sore but it already feels 100 times better than before the revision.

AIBU to hope to be back on the horse (and enjoying it) in the next few weeks?

And I’ll throw in a cheeky - they wouldn’t let this happen to men...

Do you know I never thought to get mine looked at. If I sit down a bit sharpish and ahem go from a certain angle it’s bloody excruciating.

Hope you hop back on that horse ok. Tho maybe try a rabbit first?

I’m not really into rabbits but I’m now wondering if there are any other farm / woodland creatures I should be considering?

I hear squirrels are bitey little fuckers

In that case I better tell my badger to watch out!
