DS (7 months) has a sore rashy face which I thought was eczema, maybe an allergic reaction. Was putting e45 on (now realise this probably wasn't the best option even if it was ezcema). Anyway it was getting worse and turns out he actually has an infection and needs antibiotic cream. My friend says e45 should be thrown away as we've put cream on infected skin and put fingers back into the pot after touching it. I've no idea. Should I chuck it? Scoop the top layer out? Or not worry? It's a big new pot!
