Some sources say its great, some say its bad.
I did it for 2 weeks and my skin was glowing, my digestive system felt great and I lost some serious weight.
BUT - I also felt incredibly weak and didn't like how much meat I was expected to consume.
Any thoughts?
I'm wondering if it was just cutting out the dairy and sugar that led to the glowy skin and weight loss, and whether (healthy) carbs are actually good for you?
