to be worried

My DS (8) has been complaining of stomach aches since yesterday.
He doesn't have a fever, and hasn't eaten anything different from the rest of us and none of us has the same issue.
He says it also hurts when he touches his stomach. It's not constant, it comes and goes, so I'm thinking it's like spasms/cramps. He said he'd been postponing going to the loo the last few days because he "couldn't be bothered" and he thinks that's why his stomach hurts. I sent him to sit on the toilet and he did a small poo (sorry TMI), but I didn't see anything different/unusual.
I am keeping an eye on him and will call 111 if it gets worse, but just wanted to see if anyone else has seen this before, and if IBU to be very worried.

If he’s not a proper bowel movement for a few days it’s most likely constipation pain.

I would think so too but I would expect constipation pain to be in his tummy/intestine area rather than his stomach?

He may have just passed the cork. Be ready for him to make a large deposit at Browns' Bank.
