First world problem I suppose but I feel so guilty.
I've been quite militant about my fitness since the new year started and last week really went for it.
I did body Attack class on Monday, body Combat class on Tuesday, martial arts on Wednesday, body Combat and weights on Friday and body Attack and body combat classes yesterday.
Now I really feel like I might have over done it. I ache and hurt EVERYWHERE. I can't lift my arms without feeling like I've been beaten up.
I'm meant to be going running and swimming today. I know I'll feel good if I do go but WIBU to say "fuck it, I need to recover" and stay home doing not a lot of anything?
