to expect Tchico to send me the correct goods before I return the incorrect ones that they sent me? arrgghhh!!!!

Who is the customer here? Basically received my confirmation of despatch advice and noticed they had send the wrong size even through the initial order confirmation had the right size. Sent them a very polite email asking them to send the correct size and I will return the incorrect size once I receive the order. Basically they have said no! They will not despatch until they I receive then send back the first one! Its 'Company Policy' - ok right. So its 'Company Policy' to keep your customers waiting for their goods when you have sent the wrong ones. oh I see, yeah nice. Waiting for 'someone' to call me back. Sooooo quick MN poll - AIBU for being a bit annoyed with their service?

Not at all Unreasonable - TChibo mail order sucks !

We ordered a load of skiwear last year - it came so late - like it took 4 weeks ! that it was too late - we had to buy other stuff before we went ! Then they kept saying they were coming to collect it and didn't - 6 times altogether ! I eneded up selling it on ebay and lost quite a bit !

I hate Tchibo now ! great stuff but crap customer service ! And they always maintained it was MY fault ! Never apologised or anything !

tchibo are b***ds full stop. My sil works for them and is having loads of problems at the moment (tho that has nothing to do with their mail order.)

You are not being unreasonable, can't you give the delivery driver the wrong item when he delivers the new one.

Tchibo have def got worse. Never but anything you actually NEED from them as who knows when it will arrive. Still I like alot of their stuff.

you'e not being unreasonable - I've given up on Tchibo shopping, they've messed up so many of my orders. Like the stuff, but what's the point if it's not likely to turn up anyway?

Can't give to delivery driver as usually at work all day and it is part of a delivery. Its just their attitude of 'we'll depatch when you return the first one (which you incorrectly sent me in the first place you numpty! don't you understand). Maybe I need to get out more......and no one has phoned me back from Tchibo yet - funny that....

pretty much all companies will have the same policy. you send the incorrect goods back first, and then receive the new ones.
Presumably to prevent people getting replacements and not bothering to send the other stuff back

Oh another patronising email from them and still no phone call! fingerwoman - would accept this if I had ordered the wrong stuff, but they dispatched in error! Just annoyed I have to wait at least another 4 wks once goods received > goods returned > new goods despatched etc. etc. Anyhoo told them to cancel the replacement on hold & that they won't be getting any more business from me. To quote them 'Tchibo - A new experience every week' - they are sooooo right!!!
