Who is the customer here? Basically received my confirmation of despatch advice and noticed they had send the wrong size even through the initial order confirmation had the right size. Sent them a very polite email asking them to send the correct size and I will return the incorrect size once I receive the order. Basically they have said no! They will not despatch until they I receive then send back the first one! Its 'Company Policy' - ok right. So its 'Company Policy' to keep your customers waiting for their goods when you have sent the wrong ones. oh I see, yeah nice. Waiting for 'someone' to call me back. Sooooo quick MN poll - AIBU for being a bit annoyed with their service?
